Logan County Community Needs Assessment
The Logan County Community Health Assessment (CHA) identifies opportunities for community improvement and growth. The census-like study helps Mary Rutan Health and local health and human services organizations build stronger relationships within our communities, identify needs, and dedicate funding and other resources toward programs and services that benefit residents. Strategies to address the gaps in our community are defined in the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and the Hospital Improvement Plan (HIP).
