The Logan County Community Health Assessment (CHA) defines opportunities for community improvement and growth. The census-like studies help Mary Rutan Hospital and local health and human services organizations build stronger relationships within our communities, identify needs and dedicate funding and other resources toward programs and services that clearly benefit local residents. Strategies to address the gaps in our community are defined in the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and the Hospital Improvement Plan.
