Our mission is to create philanthropic relationships to support patient care services, medical scholarships, medical equipment, and capital development while promoting health and wellness through educational programs and services to the community in which we serve.
In February of 2019, Mary Rutan Hospital completed its grandest gesture of commitment to the residents of Logan County. Seeing a need for quality, convenient care and expanded rehabilitation and sports medicine services, Mary Rutan Hospital constructed a 72,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility in the prominent location of state routes 68 and 33, on the northern most perimeter of Bellefontaine.
In a show of support to the health care needs of Logan County, the community generously contributed to the project. As a result, $3.27 million was dedicated to the new Mary Rutan Health Center through the Mary Rutan Foundation.
