At Mary Rutan Hospital, we take our role as a community-based, not-for-profit hospital seriously. We support our local communities in many ways, focused on the health, safety and well-being of all that live, work and play in our community and by providing progressive, compassionate quality health care for all.
Mary Rutan Foundation funds many of these efforts, giving back to the community and its residents through community donations, grants, financial assistance programs and medical scholarships and loan programs.
Over the years, the Mary Rutan Foundation has awarded millions of dollars to Logan County organizations, schools, students and community members.
Community Grant Program
The Mary Rutan Foundation Board of Directors allocates funds annually to award community grants for an established focus area. Identified as the highest priority of need for Logan County, through the 2018 Needs Assessment, mental health was the focus of this year’s grants.
