Scholarships & loans

Since 1992, Mary Rutan Foundation has awarded over 1.6 million dollars in scholarships and loans to residents of Logan County pursuing a degree in the medical field.

In 2023, the Foundation expanded its program to offer scholarships to specific high schools in Champaign and Hardin counties. They are Graham, Urbana City, and Upper Scioto Valley.

Mary Rutan Foundation is committed to the residents of our service areas. We understand the importance of investing in the future of those pursuing careers in the medical profession. We believe this program is an investment in the future of health care at Mary Rutan Hospital and for the residents which we serve.
